Brand New Yamamoto #39 SCS Free-Flex shoulder panel provides a comfortable and energy-efficient swim.
30% weight reduction versus the 2020 model. Now weighing only 650 grams* whilst still offering great buoyancy and core body warmth. This is the lightest full neoprene Swimrun suit on the market with 2 plus pockets.
Aqua dynamic 'SCS' Nano coating applied creates almost zero drag through the water.
Men's sandwich panel chest construction offers 3mm buoyancy panels within a 1.5mm panel to give the buoyancy and warmth required, without sacrificing flexibility for chest expansion and comfort during the run.
5mm Aerodome torso panels are designed with air bubbles built between the fabric layers to make it lighter and more buoyant, producing up to 30% more buoyancy than conventional neoprene.
Ultra-lightweight and high stretch leg panels featuring a double-sided nylon neoprene material with internal silicone leg grippers for maximum gait, comfort and durability.
6 storage pockets: double-zipped pockets on the back, inside pockets as well as side leg pockets.
Smaller and lighter weight zipper compared to swimming wetsuits.
High visibility neon orange colours print to help stand-out and a stylish gunmetal chest and back panel design.

5 stars 4 Evolution SR suit

Just finished Swim-Run Orcas and the suit was amazing in AND out of the water. The removable sleeves, super helpful for temperature regulation. The neckline low and just close enough to not flood with water. Shoulder panels were zero hinderance after a long day in and out of the water. Most impressed by durability and soft flexible run panels across hips and legs making trail running as effortless as can be in SR! Outer thigh panel pockets were super easy accessing in and out and a reminder to fuel. I carried a GoPro and stick with ease and security. The 2 zippered lumbar pockets were great for more streamlined pack n go. Keep gels or bars in your inner front pockets to keep warm on cold swims and rainy days which is SWIMRUN!! At 6' and 176 lbs the ML was exactly true to size chart. One last thing, I am an average+ swimmer but was catching people in the swims, all day long. All this and its FAST, flexible, comfortable, buoyant and functional,

Fantastic feeling

This wetsuit is fantastic to wear when swimming and great when running. The suite is extremely flexible and running in it does not limit any motion. The addition of the arm sleeves for colder days is also excellent and they fit as good as a full-length arm suite. It's also really cool in design :-) I am very happy with my purchase and can recommend this suite to everyone.

Evolution SwimRun - Another great addition to kit from Zone3!

Great buoyancy, fit and freedom for the swim. Cool and flexible for the run (Need a little help to remove). Another great addition to kit from Zone3! As a seasoned triathlete I needed something different for a SwimRun challenge and found it. Paired with Vivobarefoot tempest swimrun shoes and got used to a whole new motion technique from my normal triathlon ie no total wetsuit & shoes to swim/run in. The Evolution delivers.
