All returns should be logged on our returns portal to generate your unique returns number. The portal can be found here: https://zone3usa.myreturnscenter.com/

Tri apparel, swimwear, casual apparel, compression apparel and all accessories must be returned unused, without damage of any kind, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Damage is defined as sun or chemical damage, stains, scratches, abrasions or tears of any kind.

DAMAGED OR DIRTY ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

You may only return items purchased directly from this Zone3.us website. If you purchased from a Zone3 NA retailer then you must return items to that retailer and their policy may be different. Please check with the retailer before returning items to them.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, not Zone3 NA. We do not provide labels.

We do not accept returns from unauthorized retailers, consignment stores, third party websites, or on items purchased outside of the US.

You may exchange for a different size or any other products on our website. We will ship the replacement item(s) out for free.

For exchanges that are not equal in price, Zone3 US will refund any differences or contact you to take further payment if it costs more.

Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will be sent shipping confirmation within that time.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. It may take a further 5 business days to appear on your bank card statement.
